New Moon Movie has info on the set of Bella's house in Vancouver:

"The building that was erected to serve as Bella’s house for New Moon in the Vancouver area is now under 24/7 surveillance, and has a newly erected chain link fence with barbed wire at the top to deter would-be intruders. It looks like they’re taking security very seriously in order to protect the sets till Eclipse films."
